创建检测
POST
/api/v1/audits提交一次检测。202 之后用 poll_url 轮询。

sections | string | array | 否 | 不传、all，或板块数组。可选 fingerprint、injection、cache、tools、web、knowledge、thinking、iq。DeepSeek 的 web 会直接调用 /v1/tools/search |
